Affordable and Reliable
We are a fully licensed in-home daycare and comply with all DWS and Utah childcare licensing regulations, as such we are pleased to accept DWS state funding. With the help of the Orem childcare food program we can ensure your child receives the daily physical nourishment they need to grow and thrive. We know how important dependency is for families with children in care, and strive to provide consistency for both children and parents. As such, our calendar is locked in a year in advance to make sure there are no surprises for parents scheduling time away from work. We would love the opportunity to expand our family to help take care of yours!
As in-home childcare providers, we offer a unique blend of the traditional center daycare and nannying experiences. Like a nanny, we keep things small and personal so the children bond with one another and their teachers and form strong relationship skills. As a Utah certified daycare, we have resources available to provide care at a more affordable rate for our families. With the help of our amazing staff, we gladly provide summer field trips, kindergarten readiness programs, school transportation, and personalized activity planning.
Family Structure
Another benefit to in-home care is sibling interaction! We strive to help your children feel at home while in our care, and keeping siblings together is a definite plus! We offer care for infants 3 months up to 12 years of age. We adore the positive sibling-like interactions between the older and younger kids, fostering kindness and compassion in all age groups. We are confident in helping your child through every phase of childhood, from Infants on bottles and toddlers in potty training, to school age crafts and off-site activities.
Curriculum
With an emphasis on guided play-based learning, your child will develop crucial interpersonal skills through social coaching and imaginative play with their peers. From infancy, we encourage early communication through sign language and also provide learning activities to stimulate your child’s fine motor and other physical abilities. And of course, lots of snuggles and eye contact are guaranteed! As a toddler, your child will learn how to initiate play with other children in a positive way, and also practice core skills like sharing and taking turns. Strict screen time rules give your child time to explore and learn from the world around them without any distraction. Three and four year olds benefit from our kindergarten preparedness preschool program meant to familiarize your child the basics of reading, fine motor and writing practice, science, art, and more! School age children are spoiled with constant field trips in the summer months, and an array of crafting supplies.

Lets Go Outside!
We love to maximize outdoor play! Fun in the sun is our favorite childhood prescription, combining the power of Vitamin D from sunlight with active play for whole-child wellness. Time outdoors contributes to emotional balance, physical health, focus, and creativity. Weekly water fun days and school-age field trips are summertime favorites- for children and staff! For the winter season we bring out the gloves, hats, and snow toys for smaller outdoor play sessions throughout the day. From bug catching and sports to snowman building, we love it all!
Flexibility
At both Little Sproutz Learning Center and Learning Blocks Daycare, children are praised for the courage to learn and pursue things dear to their heart. Each new family brings a valued dynamic to the daycare with their children’s unique preferences and behaviors. Through catered activity and free play options, children explore and expand their interest in the world around them. A flexible daily schedule allows us time to ensure each child’s emotional and developmental needs are met, rather than spending that time rushing from one activity to the next. Our invested teachers provide constant encouragement and positive reinforcement to help each child know they are appreciated.
